Cecilia Bengolea, Equiknoxx and Heatwave’s dancehall takeover at The Store X Palais De Tokyo party

Performance artist and dancer Cecilia Bengolea brought Palais De Tokyo’s Do Disturb festival to a stand-still last weekend with a raucous preview of her forthcoming Equiknoxx-soundtracked The Store X The Vinyl Factory commission.

Bengolea was joined by special guests Black Eagle and BG Dancers crews direct from Jamaica, with music from Kingston’s forward-thinking dancehall deconstructionists Equiknoxx and UK sound system The Heatwave.
