Exploring reality and perception.

Kinkajous are releasing a new album, called Being Waves, via Running Circle this September.

Kinkajous is led by drummer/producer Benoît Parmentier and saxophonist/clarinetist Adrien Cau, alongside Jack Doherty on synths, Maria Chiara Argirò on keys, and Andres Castellanos on bass.

Exploring themes of identity, reality, and perception, the five-piece blends acoustic and cinematic instrumentation with analogue synthesis, textured electronics, and samples.

It follows their Hidden Lines album, which was released in 2019.
