Combining strings and modular synthesiser.

Polish composer Aleksandra Słyż is releasing her second full-length album, titled A Vibrant Touch, via Warm Winters on September 23rd.

On the three-track album, Słyż blends acoustic recordings with output from a modular synthesiser to create unravelling, evolving, sometimes tense drone sounds that mix electronic angst with the warm rub of wooden stringed instruments.

Słyż is joined on the album by Kosma Műller on violin, Kamil Babka on viola, Anna Szmatoła on cello, and Marcus Wärnheim on alto saxophone.

The album is available for pre-order on Bandcamp ahead of its 23rd September release. Check out the tracklist and artwork below.
