VF Live: Vinyl.eu #9 with Dingotracks

Afrofunk, disco, and zamrock from its Copenhagen HQ.

In VF Live, DJs take you inside their HQs, record stores, and studios for intimate sets and mixes.

For their latest VF Live, Vinyl.eu’s Dingotracks selects Afrofunk, disco, and zamrock 12″s amidst its collection of over 800,000 records.

“This mix is inspired some open air DJ events I’ve help run in Copenhagen since the first lockdown. Not being able to play music in clubs, pushed some friends and I to form a new DJ collective last summer, where we would set up a sound system in a park. All of these are records that I played in the during those sessions – a mix of Afrofunk, disco, and zamrock, alongside a couple of contemporary Aussie numbers to make me feel less homesick.
