Supporting LGBTQ refugees in Kenya and food banks across the UK.

Block9 co-founder and DJ Gideön is hosting a vinyl-only live stream in response to the Coronavirus pandemic, this Saturday 25th April – to support of Alight and #LIVEFORLOVE.

For the six hour, vinyl-only set, Gideön promises to dig into his collection of salsa, Northern Soul, roots, gospel and house records.

Funds raised will be donate to Alight – which has partnered with the Refugee Coalition of East Africa to support LGBTQ refugees in Kenya – and #LIVEFORLOVE, which is raising money to help food banks across the UK.

“Remember, social isolation doesn’t have to be physical isolation, so listen, enjoy, and remain connected.”
