The Secret list is a new guide book-come-travelogue showcasing London’s best independent record shops. Created by Sanjiv AhluwaLia, London is the fourth in the series, following profiles of Los Angeles, Paris and Brighton.

Promising to be “more than a guide book” and written in a way that gives you a feel for the city and its music, The Secret List comes in at just under 100 pages, and features reviews of shops based on at least two anonymous visits, where its assessed for stock, service and environment.
