The new label will focus on releasing Armon-Jones’ own solo work, as well as his collaborative efforts.

As he explains: Aquarii is “a home for the music that is around me; somewhere it can live and somewhere it can flourish”.

Marking the first release is his Pray 10″, which features black midi’s Morgan Simpson on drums and Nubiyan Twist’s Luke Wynter on bass.

It follows Armon-Jones’ contributions to the Jean-Michel Basquiat-inspired compilation Untitled, released by The Vinyl Factory in 2019.
