VF Live: Discostan – Side A: The Disco Side

Disco, pop, and funk records from India, Pakistan, Turkey, and Armenia.

In VF Live, DJs take you inside their homes, record shops, and studios for intimate sets and mixes.

Dedicated to showcasing music “from Beirut to Bangkok via Bombay”, Discostan is a multimedia platform and record label – founded by Arshia Haq, and co-run by Jeremy Loudenback.

For Discostan’s debut VF Live, Arshia plays a two-part set:

“Side A – The Disco Side, pays homage to the dance floor in all its moods, from nostalgic to cathartic. This includes some of Discostan’s favorite disco, pop, and funk tracks from the its universe.”
