With quarantines and lockdowns due to the Coronavirus pandemic ongoing around the world, artists are finding new ways to connect with people worldwide.

As part of our new feature on site – VF Live – our favourite collectors take you inside their homes and record shops, for intimate selects and mixes.

London trio Customs are NTS regulars as well as Giant Steps residents. For their first instalment, Guy Bingley steps up with a set that spans Mexican jazz, French pop, Canadian new wave and beyond.

“I wanted to play a set that was breezier and felt like being outdoors. Been getting some ‘saudade’ for sunshine and freedom, so I selected records in that mood. Bit of a yacht vibe, but also that feeling of longing for a life that feels a bit distant, a little pinch in the heart.”
