Open on Fridays between midday and 8pm and based out of the label’s headquarters in Little Village, the shop will stock the complete Numero back-catalogue, whether box set, vinyl or CD as well as a bunch of goodies only previously available from the web store.

Expect these exclusives to proliferate moving forwards with plans afoot to distribute cassette mixtapes and a compilation LP of outtakes and demos through the shop. There may even be the odd in-store.

As co-founder Rob Servier told Chicago Reader: “It’s gonna be a pretty relaxed environment. If you come in, we’ll be playing test pressings for the next record. It’s part of our workspace.”

Visit the shop on Fridays at between 12pm and 8pm at 2533 S. Troy in Chicago. [via Chicago Reader]
