Kate NV channels Moscow’s psychotropic foliage on new RVNG album

Kaleidoscopic ambience from Russia.

Musician Kate NV will release new album для FOR on RVNG Intl. this June.

A follow-up to her 2017 full length Binasu, для FOR features 10 tracks, each represented by a three letter word in Russian and English, as in the album’s title.

NV created the music as a score to her “native Moscow environment, with just enough whimsy to gurgle through the city cracks and grow psychotropic foliage.”

для FOR will be accompanied by a multi-part short film series for each track created by Sasha Kulak. Each video will feature Kate NV performing a daily routine like waking up or getting dressed.
