Akai unveils new keyboard, the MPC Key 61

Boasting 25 unique plugin instruments and over 6000 presets.

Akai has released a new keyboard, called the Akai Professional MPC Key 61.

The keyboard features 25 instrument plugins and over 6000 presets, plus pitch and modulation wheels.

The 61-key keyboard is also semi-weighted, and includes aftertouch.

In terms of connectivity, the MPC Key 61 has both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities, as well as discrete physical outputs.

The MPC Key 61 is retailing now for £1,699.
