Pro-Ject is releasing a new turntable called the X1 this summer.

Pro-Ject first unveiled the news that the X1 was on the way at this year’s CES, along with three another turntables – The T1, The Classic Evo and the X2.
The X1 is an updated version of the company’s Pro-Ject 1 deck, described as an “affordable audiophile” model, and features newly designed carbon/aluminium tonearm, motor suspension, and MDF base.
Available in high-gloss black, white or walnut finish, it will retail for approximately £600 without cartridge, and £700 with a Pick it S2MM cartridge installed.
