Björk will release her new album in March.
Entitled Vulnicura, the album is Björk’s first since Biophilia in 2011. In a hand written note [pictured below], the incomparable Icelandic singer revealed the album’s nine-song tracklist – ‘Stonemilker’, ‘Lionsong’, ‘History of Touches’, ‘Black Lake’, ‘Family’, ‘Notget’, ‘Atom Dance’, ‘Mouth Mantra’, and ‘Quicksand’ are the track titles.
Vulnicura contains six songs penned by Björk, two songs co-written with Arca and one with John Flynn. Of those nine tracks, six were produced by Björk and Arca and two were produced by Björk herself. The Haxan Cloak also joined Björk and Arca on production duties for one song and mixed the bulk of the album. The album will be released on vinyl, but that’s all we know for now.
