Frame Loop includes five tracks, originally recorded live in single takes, and described by Zummo as “an exercise in spontaneous arrangement”.

It features Arthur Russell on electric cello, alongside Bill Ruyle on marimba and Mustafa Ahmed on congas.

The album follows Zummo’s recent collaboration with Tom Skinner on his Watermelon Sun LP, one of our favourite albums of 2017.
