The guide maintains a focus on more affordable gear and offers advice on how to purchase secondhand, as well as providing concise definitions of studio terms including ‘sequence’, ‘MIDI’ and ‘master clock’.

Divided into three parts, the 30-page guide covers hardware used in her studio, how to use a computer and a DAW in the studio, and includes a detailed overview of her and Drew’s set-ups.

Octo Octa recently released Resonant Bodyone of our favourite albums from September 2019.
