Thorens celebrates 140 years with TD 124 DD turntable

It comes with a special edition SPU 124 cartridge.

Thorens has unveiled its TD 124 DD 140th anniversary turntable.

An upgraded edition of Thorens’ 2020 TD 124 DD turntable, which was initially based on the TD 124 DD released in the ’60s, it features a series of updates. The turntable has a two-layer platter and a special version of Thorens’ SPU 124 cartridge.

The TD 124 DD has a real wood veneer and a special anniversary badge. See the turntable below.

 

Only 140 units of the turntable will be available at the cool price of €11,999 (around £10,520).
