The complete A Nightmare on Elm Street soundtracks released as 8xLP box set

All of the original A Nightmare on Elm Street scores are being remastered and reissued in a new 8xLP package, this October.

Each score was created by a different composer giving the film series a sonic range that traverses everything from eerie (Charles Bernstein’s original), through orchestral woodwinds (Twin Peaks composer Angelo Badalamenti’s Dream Warriors), to spooky synths (Craig Safan’s The Dream Master).

The release includes a 12-page booklet with liner notes and interviews with the film’s cast members and composers, plus original artwork by Mike Saputo.

Box of Souls is out 25th October for $250 on Death Waltz.
