Ugandan vocalist Swordman Kitala, aka Frank Amanya, is releasing a new EP called Kimbalagala, via Blip Discs this November.

Placing Amanya’s Luganda vocals at the forefront, the four-track EP spans from minimal dancehall to UK Funky-inspired rhythms and electro.

Kimbalagala features productions from Tom Blip, K-Lone, O’Flynn, and Ekhe, plus a remix from pq – with all sales going toward Amanya.

It follows Amanya’s collaborative EP with Tom Blip, Kitala Beat.
