Choral ambience, 18th century organs, and “mechanical percussion”.

German composer Secret of Elements, aka Johann Pätzold, is releasing a new retrospective album, called Chronos, via InFiné this April.

The album traces ten years of Pätzold’s life, chronicling his work with refugees in Greece, love, divorce and more.

Sonically, Chronos encompases choral ambience, 18th century organs, and “mechanical percussion.”

It follows InFiné’s release of Rone’s Room With A View album, in 2020.
