Look familiar?

It may be the most established of the DJ turntable to ape the classic Technics design, but in the absence of new SL1200’s over the last few years, Reloop has carved out a spot for itself a decent spot among direct drive decks, with enough added features to be included in our rundown of the eight best DJ alternatives to Technics.

Like the limited edition Technics of years gone by, Reloop have chosen to celebrate their 20th with a gold turntable of their own, a shiny new version of the RP-7000, which will be limited to 1,000 pieces, each deck bearing golden elements and an engraved plate with a unique serial number.

Available in August at €549 – wholly reasonable if you’ve had your eye on the new $4000 Technics SL-1200G – check out photos of the Reloop RP7000 GLD below and click here for more info.
