Across the LP New Age Doom fuse drone, jazz, stoner rock, noise and dub, with Perry on vocal duties.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, collaborators recorded their parts remotely, before later being assembled into a cohesive whole.

“We kept the creative process deliberately open-ended to allow for as much spontaneity and synchronicity as possible,” explains multi-instrumentalist and co-producer Greg Valou.

Lee “Scratch” Perry’s Guide To The Universe follows New Age Doom’s last album, Himalayan Dream Techno.
