Turntable weights are designed to reduce unwanted resonance and prevent skipping by placing a small amount of pressure on a record.
Clocking in at 405g, Mastersounds’ new weights are made out of high-grade aluminium, feature an anti-slip base, and a knurled top grip to make changing records easier.
The new editions are available in ‘deep blue’ and ‘kevlar’, and both retail for £50.
Alongside the new colour variants, Mastersounds also recently collaborated with artist Nicolas Dixon on a turntable weight and slipmat.
