Hakuna Kulala releasing new trilogy of gqom albums

Featuring DJ Scriby, DJ MARIIO, and DJ Skothan.

Hakuna Kulala is releasing a new collection of gqom albums, collectively titled The Gqom Trilogy, this September.

The 3xLP collection features: DJ Scriby’s Izingoma zeGqomu, DJ MARIIO’s ZULU MAN, and DJ Skothan’s Nevegation.

Taken together, the records collectively “provide a 360 degree view of Durban’s contemporary underground, nodding to the past, present and future of gqom.”

Alongside The Gqom Trilogy, Hakuna Kulala is also releasing Authentically Plastic’s debut album, Raw Space in September.
