Its eight tracks spans sounds including steelpan dancehall, experimental techno, and “weird avant-garde” sonics.

The album also features a collaboration with modern classical composer/pianist Michael Vincent Waller.

In DJ Marcelle style, the track titles are also a treat unto themselves — particular favourites include ‘The Vegans Are Backstage’, ‘Technicians Leaving The Club’, and ‘Too Late For The Beach’.

Explain The Food, Bitte follows Marcelle’s Saturate The Market, Now ! album, which was released on Jahmoni Music.
