    Interesting timeline, thanks.

Any idea when exactly the SL-1200MK1 ceased production? I know they made it at least until 1976.

Actually, the SP-10 was “an SL” – when it came equipped with the arm and base, it was named SL-1000.

Did someone use MS Paint to cover a logo on the 1210MK2 slip mat?

What is about the SL-1300? I once bought a used one for my brother years ago. he cover of the 1210 fits this one, too! Which was good because I needed to replace it 🙂

The 1200 LTD was introduced in 1997, no? It marked the 25th anniversary of the original SL-1200, which was released in 1972.

    where is the

    Technics SL-1700 MKII, built between 1979-1981 ( I think)?

As usual here on this Site: A lousy documentation of this timeline!
