The Flaming Lips preview silver vinyl new LP The Terror in whacky video

Embodying the message of The Terror, which lead singer Wayne Coyne describes as “some cult in the future transmitting distorted hymnal messages back to the present day”, The Flaming Lips have released a video previewing the vinyl release of their new album.

Available for pre-order on limited edition retro-futurist silver vinyl, Wayne transmits the news that The Terror will finally be released on the 16th April like he’s spent too long on Solaris, and proves once and for all that the internet doesn’t always have to be at odd with the analogue world.
