Spiritland finds a permanent home.

Since 2014, the 100% analogue Spiritland soundsystem – featuring towering Tannoys, customised 1210s, Canary M500 mono blocks and a Bozak CMA-10-2DL – has been housed in Hoxton’s elegant Merchants Tavern.

The arrangement was always intended to be temporary, and now, finally, Spiritland will open its own dedicated space in London’s Kings Cross. The 2,200 sq ft space, located on Stable Street, next to Granary Square, will open in September 2016. Stable Street forms part of Coal Drops Yard, a new complex for retailers and restaurants.

Whether it’s a night of electronic film soundtracks or an evening dedicated to Prefab Sprout, Spiritland’s audiophile setup has always been met with original, high quality programming, so we have high hopes for the new location.

Spiritland was recently featured as one of our top five vinyl spaces bringing the art of slow listening back to London.
