Jony Ive designs £50,000 rework of Sondek LP12 turntable
The Sondek LP12-50 is a collaboration between LoveFrom and Linn.
Former Apple head of design, Jony Ive, has reworked the Sondek LP12 turntable for Linn’s 50th birthday.

Responsible for design work on the iPhone and iPod, Ive left Apple in 2019 to launch LoveFrom. The Sondek LP12-50 sees LoveFrom collaborate with British hi-fi brand Linn for the first time.
The Sondek LP12-50 features Bedrok™ plinth technology and “precision-machined power/speed control button and hinges”. See the turntable below.
Only 250 units of the turntable will be produced and it will be available in natural and white finishes.
