Prince recorded the album in 1986 under his feminine alter-ego Camille, only for it to remain shelved for over thirty years.

While all the album’s tracks have been released before, this is the first time they all appear on a single record as intended.

Third Man Records have secured the rights to the record, as co-founder Ben Blackwell told Mojo, and plan to release it later this year.

Camille is the latest in a string of Prince reissues and releases, with The Prince Estate partnering with Sony Legacy to reissue twelve of his albums in February.

No release date for Camille has been confirmed yet; check out the tracklist below.
