McCartney’s personal record of Beatlemania.

Paul McCartney has shared details of a photo book compiling pictures taken amidst Beatlemania, between the end of 1963 and the start of 1964. It is set for release through Penguin Books on June 13.

1964: Eyes of the Storm displays 275 of McCartney’s photographs across six cities: Liverpool, London, Paris, New York, Washington, D.C. and Miami. It also includes never-before-seen portraits of his bandmates John, George and Ringo, taken on a 35mm camera.

The 336-page book also includes a foreword by McCartney, an introduction by historian and essayist Jill Lepore and a preface by Nicholas Cullinan, Director of the National Portrait Gallery, London.

1964: Eyes of the Storm retails at £60 and is available to pre-order now.
