Launched by Rolando Alvarez and Eddie Vela, Chapter One’s vinyl offerings will be curated by artists including Dublab’s Daddy Differently, SONNS, and more. The shop has also announced Stones Throw, Visionquest, and Let’s Play House as resident labels.

Alongside the vinyl offerings, the space also plans to host in-store events with listening parties, live streams and more.

Alvarez and Vela are also launching a vinyl-only record label called Dialogue Records, starting with a four-track EP from Romanian artist Ada Kaleh.
