The factory will be located inside The Jacaranda, which was originally founded in 1958 as a coffee bar, becoming “the first home of the Beatles” who used to practise in the space.

Following renovations in 2014 it reopened as a music venue, rehearsal studios, and record shop.

The Jacaranda will continue to operate in its current form, alongside the future pressing plant and associated record label, which are due to open in 2020.
