This new photobook captures life on tour with footwork legend DJ Rashad

An intimate view of life on road from 2011 – 2014.

A new photobook called On Tour With DJ Rashad, capturing the producer during some of his final shows, is being released this May, reports RA.

Commemorating five years since Rashad’s death, it collects over 800 images taken across the United States, Europe and Russia through the lens of longtime Teklife collaborator Ashes57.

“This book is about my friendship with DJ Rashad. It doesn’t cover his entire life, nor his whole music career, nor even all of his tours and DJ shows,” shares Ashes57.

“The photos in the book are from the time that I spent with Rashad from 2011 to 2014, from the shows he invited me to and the time we spent hanging out in between.”
