Combining piano, recorder, violin, glockenspiel and timbale.

London-based artist Laila Sakini is releasing a new album, called Paloma, via Modern Love this October.

The album explores the idea of hope in hopeless times, with Sakini’s songs touching on optical illusions, reflections, magic and mystery.

While primarily focused on piano and recorder, Sakini also incorporates violin, glockenspiel, and timbale.

Paloma follows her Strada and Vivienne albums in 2020.
