Opening at the Barbican in April, Inside Abbey Road Studios will include prints, photographs, artefacts and unique paraphernalia collected from Furmanovsky’s archives.

The photographer joined Abbey Road as Artist In Residence in 2017, but has captured musicians at the studio since she worked on Pink Floyd’s Wish You Were Here recording sessions in 1975.

More recently she has captured intimate shots of young musicians and legends alike, from Nile Rodgers to Royal Blood, Novelist and Mura Masa.

Inside Abbey Road Studios will be displayed at the Barbican’s Music Library from 9 April until 27th June and is free to visit. Click here for more info.
