GRM Daily’s impact celebrated in new documentary series

Featuring Dizzee Rascal, Stormzy, JME, D Double E, Kano, Ghetts, Ms Banks and more.

A new documentary series charting the rise and widespread impact of GRM Daily, called Together We Rise: The Uncompromised Story Of GRM Daily, has launched.

Originally taking life as a YouTube channel in 2009, GRM Daily has since become a vital platform for supporting and celebrating Black British music – with a particular focus on grime and rap.

Presented in four parts, Together We Rise explores how founder Posty launched the platform, the struggles he faced, and what the platform means to artists.

Alongside interviews with Posty, the series features Dizzee Rascal, Skepta, Giggs, Stormzy, Kano, Ghetts, Aitch, Ms Banks, JME, D Double E, and more.

Part one is out now, with the remaining episodes airing on 1st October, the 5th, and the 8th.
