The Italian audio brand launches a third cartridge for its Vasari line.

Gold Note has announced the launch of its new Vasari cartridge.

The Vasari Shibata is an MM phono cartridge that was designed through computer modelling. It is made of “a single machined piece of aluminium 7000 alloy” and has a unique design that increases the contact surface area while reducing the pressure on the vinyl groove.

Gold Note’s website claims that the Visari Shibata “can produce a nearly perfect playback reaching all areas of the vinyl groove but reducing the wear of both the record and the diamond”.
