Gazelle Twin’s Nocturne score set for vinyl release

Channeling rage through classical pieces and drone.

Gazelle Twin’s Nocturne score is being released on vinyl, via Invada this October.

Written and directed by Zu Quirke, Nocturne follows two sisters at a prestigious arts institution after one of them discovers a mysterious notebook after a classmates commits suicide.

For the score, Gazelle Twin channelled rage through classical pieces and moments of ominous drone, alongside work inspired by Bulgarian folksongs.

It follows her collaborative album Deep England with electronic drone choir Nyx, in March.
