He is compiling his 2022 releases on one record.

Floating Points has shared a new single and announced plans for a 12″ vinyl release this December.

“Someone Close” is Floating Points’ fourth single this year, following “Grammar”, “Vocoder” and “Problems”. Hear it now below.

All four of Floating Points’ 2022 tracks will be available on a limited 12″ via Ninja Tune. This collection will be his first multi-track release since Promises, a 2021 collaborative album with the late Pharoah Sanders and The London Symphony Orchestra that was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize.

You can pre-order the black vinyl 12″ now, ahead of its December 16 release date.
