DJ, broadcaster, and writer Zakia Sewell has created a new mix to accompany designer Nicholas Daley’s latest collection, Forgotten Fury.

Exploring the connection between martial arts and music from the Black diaspora, the mix features records by artists including Lee “Scratch” Perry, Jackie McLean, and Sabu Martinez, alongside sound clips from ’70s kung fu films

“Zakia weaves together a mix which seeks to celebrate cultural exchange, union and self-empowerment,” shares Daley.
