Waxwork Records have just finished another year of unearthing horror soundtracks on vinyl, but they’re already hinting at exciting things for 2017. Today the label teased a vinyl reissue of John Carpenter and Ennio Morricone’s The Thing.

The label revealed the news with a tweet using an iconic line from the film along with a video of a record being played. As fans of the film’s unforgettably chilling score to connection is obvious.

So we know this is going down, the more pressing question is vinyl color. Snow-colored vinyl? Thing-flesh splatter pressing? Or maybe a white-into-blue explosion like the cover. There are options here.
