Norwegian saxophonist and composer Bendik Giske is releasing a new album, called Cracks, via Smalltown Supersound this August.

The album sees Giske looking to the work of queer theorist’s notion of ‘queer time’ and his formative book Cruising Utopia: The Then and There of Queer Futurity for inspiration.

Coinciding with the announcement Giske has shared new track and video ‘Flutter’, self-described as “a celebration of corporeal states and divergent behaviours.”

Cracks his untitled collaborative album with Pavel Milyakov, also released on Smalltown Supersound.
