Soundscapes for Wellbeing also includes advice on making your own mixes, videos focusing on wellbeing during the coronavirus pandemic, and a new edit of Mary Anne Hobb’s Ambient Focus mix.

Coinciding with the website, the BBC has has also launched The Virtual Natural Experiment to examine how digital images of nature impact one’s mental wellbeing, in collaboration with the University of Exeter.

Soundscapes for Wellbeing is available through February 28th 2021.
