RBMA has launched a new video series ‘The Note’, which “examines the vital creative crossroads and engrossing personal journeys that have and continue to shape our sonic landscape in profound ways.”

The first episode tells the untold story of Alex Rosner, the influential NYC sound system builder who masterminded sound in numerous iconic clubs including David Mancuso’s Loft discotheques. Featuring interviews with Nicky Siano, Anthony Naples, Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy and intimate time with the man himself, watch a teaser below and head here for the full film.

The next three episodes of ‘The Note’ cover Eddie Palmieri’s political crossover record Harlem River Drive, pioneering artist and engineer collaboration E.A.T. (Experiments in Art & Technology) and Chicago’s Disco Demolition Night.
