Artist Al White unveils new graphic book, CRUD 1

Artist Al White is self-releasing a new narrative graphic book, titled CRUD 1, this August.

CRUD 1 “tells the story of solid smoked salmon snake biomimicry vessel slinking into cove trident layer in the year 3055. Neon ket terminator genesis melts into camo islands and three prong hash loch. Furnace flower military branding budget spent on metal gear tri repetae,” explains White.

White created the 40-page book between 2018 and 2020.

Limited to 200 copies and riso printed in Glasgow, CRUD 1 marks White’s first book release.

It follows White’s recent cover artwork adorning the latest 12th Isle release by Vague Imaginaires, in July.
