A look back the the best of The Vinyl Factory on film this year.

From the studios of the UK’s most important musicians to the peak of one of Europe’s most active volcanoes, wherever The Vinyl Factory went in 2015, a camera was never far away.

Looking back, we’ve compiled ten of our favourite films from the last twelve months, starting in something like chronological order with Christian Marclay’s ground-breaking show at White Cube Gallery and the debut of the world’s first mobile pressing plant, The VF Press.

Watch through all ten to see our documentary on Planet Mu records, intimate short films in the studios of Matthew Herbert, Andrew Weatherall and Nozinja (set up in the VF studio at Station To Station this summer), a live performance from two of the year’s biggest VF exhibitors Ryoji Ikeda and Carsten Nicolai, powerful and diverse music videos from Dinamo Azari and Keaton Henson and a review of the world’s most explosive music festival on the volcanic island of Stromboli. We’ve even thrown in a guide to vinyl culture and record shopping in Lisbon for good measure.

Enjoy and see you next year!
