Breaking boundaries before breaking even.

Boiler Room’s latest instalment of Collections, in conjunction with Dekmantel’s Selectors festival, takes Andy Votel as its subject. Over two hours the NTS/BBC radio show host pops the trunk on his treasure trove of curious sounds and niche finds.

The video, which you can watch above in full, also delves into the workings of his reissue label Finders Keepers. Recently, Boiler Room visited Luaka Bop’s Yale Evelev in his NYC home to go through his 7,000-record strong collection.
