Marco Garza is a Texas-based electronic instrument technician who posts his various DIY projects on his Picotek blog. Thump called our attention to the coolest one: a modified 1977 Millennium Falcon toy that now houses a Technics 1200 turntable.
Garza details the step-by-step process, which included reinforcing the toy so that it could hold the weight, cutting aluminum for the plate, and using parts from a mountain bike and a VCR to finish the job.
