Sleater-Kinney to release first ever live album on vinyl

Riot grrrl iconoclasts Sleater-Kinney will release live LP Live In Paris via Sub Pop Records this month. The band’s first official live release, it was recorded in Paris’ La Cigale venue, as part of the international tour supporting their 2015 album No Cities To Love.

Featuring music from across the band’s early years and latter return – No Cities to Love, The Woods, One Beat, The Hot Rock, Dig Me Out, and Call the Doctor – it promises to capture the trio’s blistering stage presence in all its glory. You can hear them rip through a version of ‘Surface Envy’ on this fan-sourced video below.

Released on 27 January, Live In Paris will be pressed to limited edition Coke-bottle vinyl as well as receiving a tape release. Click here to pre-order you copy now.
